New Client Referral
You are eligible for up to a $1000 bonus for new client leads that turn into business when our consultant is placed
on a new client assignment, assuming positive profitability is achieved for HTS, and the consultant completes a
minimum of 480 billable hours (approximately a 3 month project).
New Candidate Referral
You are eligible for up to a $500 bonus when your referral is placed assuming positive profitability is achieved for
HTS and the consultant completes a minimum of 480 billable hours (approximately a 3 month project).

consultant is assigned a dedicated CRM to support, guide, and assist the consultant on the client site.
